Job Description:
Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you’ll play a key role in driving Scrum best practices, coordinating sprint activities, and supporting the delivery of high-quality data and reporting solutions. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and senior stakeholders, you’ll help manage backlogs, remove delivery blockers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard, while coaching teams on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
Core duties:
- Champion Agile and Scrum best practices across the team, providing coaching and guidance to support continuous improvement and high-performing delivery teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support effective sprint forecasting and capacity planning to ensure realistic and achievable delivery targets
- Assist teams in creating clear user stories and defining robust acceptance criteria and “Definition of Done” standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate release activities and ensure smooth product delivery
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritise the product backlog for upcoming sprints
- Identify, manage, and remove delivery impediments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations
Essential Skills:
- Agile certification such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Scrum Master, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience using Atlassian tools including JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning activities
The Air Data & Analytics Team:
Join the Air Data & Analytics team, a key part of the organisation delivering enterprise-wide data solutions that drive smarter, faster decision-making. The team integrates data from a wide range of sources, including data warehouses, SAP, and ERP systems across multiple business platforms, turning complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, the team designs, builds, and maintains robust ETL processes, data models, and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau and Cognos. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business, they play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions through high-quality data, analytics, and insight delivery.
