General Summary of Job Duties
Greet guests with a warm friendly smile, organize host podium and completes other assigned duties. Servers must have full menu knowledge and be able to deliver food items to proper table. Servers must be able to describe and upsell food, non-alcohol and alcoholic beverages. Must be able to operate a Micros (POS) point of sales to accept payments. Receive payments by cash, credit cards, city ledgers, points from player cards, and coupons/vouchers. Answer the phone and transfer calls properly, and take and accurately assembling to-go orders. Responsible for balancing cash drawer and all the receipts turned into the cage. Must have basic math skills, excellent customer service skills, and excellent customer service skills, be able to stand, bend, lift and/or walk duration of shift. Identifying menu items quickly, accurately and delivering food orders to corresponding tables. Responsible for cleaning and setting tables as needed, also removing dishes, glassware and silverware from the tables, continuously pre-bussing tables, condiment and beverage area, taking dishes back to the dish room, clean and stock soiled dishes, glassware, silverware and napkins. Properly fill ice machine, sanitation buckets, cleaning of side stations, sweeping and mopping. Must work well with others, be able to stand, bend lift and walk the duration of shift. At least one year experience with customer service and cash handling preferred.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton expectations.
- Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 30 years old.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Managers/Chefs.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on-time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.

- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility.
