Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable ERP and enterprise solutions that improve operational efficiency, support digital transformation, and enable strategic business initiatives across sales, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise operations. This role serves as a lead business analyst and Product Owner, driving agile solution delivery while aligning business process needs with enterprise technology capabilities.
 

YOUR IMPACT:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver ERP and enterprise application solutions aligned to operational and strategic business objectives.

• Lead business process discovery, requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and implementation activities for assigned projects and functional areas across sales, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, and/or enterprise operations.

• Act as Product Owner for an agile scrum team, managing and prioritizing backlog activities, facilitating sprint planning, supporting quarterly PI planning, and driving delivery execution in a SAFe environment.

• Partner with business subject matter experts to identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, simplification, and continuous improvement across enterprise operations.

• Support ERP modernization, system enhancements, acquisitions, plant rollouts, and enterprise transformation initiatives across global business segments.

• Analyze upstream and downstream impacts of system and process changes across integrated ERP and enterprise platforms.

• Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, training documentation, and implementation support materials.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into scalable and supportable technology solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and architecture.

• Utilize data analysis and business insights to identify operational improvement opportunities and support business decision-making.

• Leverage modern technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation capabilities, to improve business analysis activities, accelerate delivery, and enhance team productivity.

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution of deliverables.

• Drive accountability and momentum across initiatives by proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, and coordinating cross-functional activities.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to business analysts while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Maintain strong knowledge of enterprise business processes, ERP capabilities, digital technologies, and agile delivery methodologies.

• Demonstrate ownership, initiative, adaptability, and independent problem-solving in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Demonstrate a learning mindset by pursuing training and continuous improvement opportunities related to business analysis, enterprise platforms, AI capabilities, and agile methodologies.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Regular attendance is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree with five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Integrations, Data Analysis, ITIL and BA practice knowledge
• Communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship building, organization, influencing, problem solving, negotiation, business acumen, strategy, emotional intelligence, leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience supporting ERP systems within manufacturing, sales, supply chain, finance, customer service, or enterprise operations environments.

• Experience with Infor XA ERP preferred, including knowledge of core XA modules such as COM, EPDM, EGL/eFin, CST, IM, ML and related enterprise applications.

• Experience in one or more enterprise business process domains including Lead to Cash, Record to Report, Source to Pay, Plan to Produce, or related operational areas.

• Experience serving as a Product Owner, Lead Business Analyst, or similar role within a SAFe or agile delivery environment.

• Experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, user story development, PI planning, and agile delivery execution.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, ERP integrations, and cross-functional enterprise operations.

• Experience supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, plant rollouts, or enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead discussions, drive decisions, and proactively manage work across multiple stakeholders.

• Formal Business Analysis training, certification, or methodology experience preferred (CBAP, CCBA, BABOK, or equivalent).

• Experience applying structured business analysis practices including requirements elicitation, process modeling, stakeholder management, backlog refinement, and solution validation.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analysis quality, accelerate delivery, and enhance business process outcomes.

Pay Range:

$103,300.00 - $177,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
