  • zł137,500.00 | Work Model: Hybrid What will you be doing? Coordinate all aspects of the order management process, including transport and customs. Delivery and shipment creation. Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers, and also wihwarehouse, production, forwarders, customers and sales. Represent Clariant to customers in a professional manner at all times. Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents, take care of complaints, give feedback, andupdates to Customer. Being two-way communication channel between Customer and Organization Correction and completion of the Sales documents. Support improvement and automation projects. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or other relevant field. Min 3 years of experience in Customer Service Desk or Logistics, Export or Supply Chain area. Knowledge of SAP SD module. Excel, Word and Outlook - working competency. Logical thinking and multitasking mindset. Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills. Creativity and open-minded approach. Teamwork spirit. Language skills: Internal corporate language: English B2 level required Working with customers: French or Spanish would be an advantage What’s in it for you? Compensation Structure Components: base salary determined individually based on experience, skills, and role alignment; performance related 10% yearly bonus; language bonuses (800/1 000 PLN gross depending on the number of foreign languages spoken).
