What you'll do:
As a B2B Content & Thought Leadership Strategist supporting the Districts team, your goal is to develop high-quality district-leader-facing content and thought leadership that supports ClassDojo’s B2B marketing efforts and broader GTM priorities.
You’ll work directly with the Head of B2B Marketing & Demand Generation and partner closely with PMM and GTM stakeholders to shape district-focused narratives, support campaign priorities, and strengthen the consistency and quality of district-facing content.
You are a strong editorial thinker and storyteller who understands how to create compelling B2B content for executive audiences. You’re comfortable operating independently, managing multiple simultaneous workstreams, and moving quickly as priorities evolve.
Responsibilities:
Develop district-focused thought leadership and executive-facing content
Build and manage editorial calendars tied to campaign moments and GTM priorities
Translate campaign themes and PMM messaging into compelling district-facing narratives
Produce high-quality long-form content, nurture assets, webinar support materials, and campaign-aligned content
Support messaging refinement and content iteration across district marketing initiatives
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, PMM, and GTM stakeholders
Support nurture email optimization and campaign messaging updates
Assist with HubSpot campaign creation and email build support as needed
Support webinar programming and district-focused campaign initiatives
Assist with basic video editing and content formatting support when needed
Help strengthen the consistency, quality, and strategic direction of district-facing content
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial strategy, thought leadership, or demand generation content roles
Strong writing and storytelling skills for executive or district-level audiences
Experience developing thought leadership, long-form content, nurture content, or campaign-aligned assets
Strong editorial instincts and narrative development skills
Ability to operate independently without highly structured briefs
Experience managing multiple simultaneous content workstreams
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving startup-style environments
Experience translating strategic messaging into compelling audience-facing content
Bonus experience:
Experience in EdTech or K-12 marketing
Experience marketing to district leaders or school administrators
HubSpot experience
Video editing skills
Experience supporting webinar programming or campaign launches
Experience working in high-growth startup environments
This is a contractor position based in the United States. The role is approximately 28 hours per week (~4 days/week) and is fully remote.
ClassDojo takes a number of factors into consideration when determining final contract rates, including geographic location, experience, and skillset. The estimated hourly rate range in the United States for this role is $70/hr - $90/hr.
