Temporary talent acquisition roles involve sourcing, screening, and hiring staff on a contract basis to meet urgent hiring needs, special projects, or seasonal demand.
You Will:
- Manage job postings on various job boards and company website.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist in creating and distributing job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Perform data entry and tracking of candidate information in applicant tracking system.
You Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human capital management (HCM) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms and tools.
Compensation:
$19/hr.
