The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and reliable material supply to Production while optimizing inventory performance and supplier delivery. This position reports to the Senior Purchasing Manager, is part of the Purchasing team, located in Singapore, and will be an on‑site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure continuity of material supply to Production by proactively managing demand fluctuations, applying Kanban pull systems, and partnering with Planning, Order Fulfillment, and Manufacturing to balance assurance of supply with inventory optimization.
  • Lead supplier performance management initiatives, including driving on‑time delivery improvements, maintaining agreed safety stock levels, conducting supplier audits, and collaborating with suppliers to address demand variability, open liabilities, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Drive inventory performance and improvement by implementing strategies to achieve target inventory levels and turns, applying IMAG methodology at Gemba, analyzing root causes of stock‑outs, and deploying sustainable countermeasures.
  • Execute and improve daily supply chain operations, including purchase order management through dynamic Kanban processes, timely communication of supply risks, upkeep of daily management boards, and resolution of blocked invoices and past‑due purchase orders.
  • Champion continuous improvement using Lean principles, leading kaizen events, standardizing work processes, and ensuring compliance with Quality, Environment, Health & Safety requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Multiple years of relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing, or manufacturing operations, with exposure to demand management, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems for purchasing, material planning, and supplier data management.
  • Hands‑on experience with Kanban systems and inventory management methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Application of Lean tools such as Kaizen, Daily Management Systems, or standard work deployment.
  • Working in regulated manufacturing environments with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  • Working experience in a high‑mix low‑volume (HMLV) manufacturing environment.
