We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Analytics and Metrics Analyst to support automation and data analytics initiatives within the Finance domain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and building efficient data-driven solutions.
Role:
• Develop automated reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Excel, Power BI and Power Apps
• Use PySpark to transform, analyze, and validate large datasets.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and process automations to improve business operations which help drive business outcomes
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable and resilient solutions
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Research solutions independently using online resources, documentation, and emerging best practices

• Experience working with financial data, systems, or processes a must
• Curious about learning new technologies and processes
• Process improvement mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business users
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Must be comfortable working with ambiguous processes in a fluid environment
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, and advanced Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI and data automation tools
• Must be able to adhere to the company’s hybrid in office work policy

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $88,000 - $141,000 USD
