How you’ll make an impact in this role
Direct and drive performance across the areas of strategy, budgeting, financial performance, compliance, appropriate staffing and contributing to and utilizing shared services that create
value.
- Lead operations and initiatives to place safety and quality of care and services provided at the forefront of practices and policies.
- Establish regulatory integrity for communities to maintain good-standing with state and federal licensing authorities.
- Work toward continual improvement in survey results and ratings.
- Benchmark clinical practice pattern performance of communities to deliver best-practice care documentation, compliance, and clinical staffing levels.
- Oversee the transition of individual community systems and ensure compliance with system utilizationon an ongoing basis.
- Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- None Required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, operations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, portfolio, or program management, preferably in large, matrixed organizations
- Proven expertise in managing budgets, financial processes, and operational governance
- Deep knowledge of program/portfolio management methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Waterfall) and demonstrated success in value stream management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution
