Customer Success Consultant (Remote)

This position will proactively manage a portfolio of clients using the GetGoing platform, which is BCD Travel’s all-in-one digital travel & expense management solution. The primary objective is to grow the revenue of our client's portfolio by turning customers into advocates. This includes, but is not limited to, client onboarding, adoption, expansion, retention, as well as client portfolio profitability management.

 

You will establish collaborative relationships with our clients and act as the Voice of the Customer for your portfolio within our organization to ensure that GetGoing delivers the most value to clients.

 

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will

  • Lead the onboarding activities for new clients with the objective to drive speed-to-revenue
  • Support clients’ desired outcomes through advice, education, and digital resources
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities, and work to expand client user engagement
  • Work with clients to create a plan that aligns with their overall strategy
  • Coordinate communication between GetGoing/BCD Travel and clients
  • Be responsible for the profitability and organic growth of your client portfolio

 

About you

  • Prior client facing account management business travel experience required
  • Global mindset with the ability to communicate proactively and foster positive business relationships
  • Sales perspective with willingness to dig into technical details when needed
  • Analytical skills and the ability to suggest ways to improve processes

At WTS we value you, our culture and success are defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Customer Success Consultant is between $60,000 and $95,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
