Provide transactional support to Lubrizol’s businesses and functions in the India, Middle East and Africa region.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, NDAs consulting agreements, strategic cooperation and joint venture agreements, real property agreements, sales and other offtake agreements, equipment supply agreements, EPC agreements, etc.
Manage day-to-day legal request from the business and functional teams.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, and litigations.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business and advise stakeholders accordingly.
Support strategic projects of Lubrizol’s group companies in India, the Middle East (including Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and the UAE) and South Africa.
