Job Description

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including P&L and balance sheet understanding
  • Knowledge of Agribusiness (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship management and customer service abilities
  • Ability to handle service queries and resolve basic customer issues
  • Attention to detail, especially when reviewing agreements and contracts
  • Understanding of credit assessment principles (5Cs of credit)
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and documentation
  • Awareness of risk management concepts (credit and market risk)
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML
