What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Strong experience in marketing or customer communications, with the ability to deliver across a broad range of activities
• A solid understanding of brand building, creative development, and media planning
• Digital marketing capability across key channels, including SEO, SEM, programmatic, and website content
• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to identify insights and translate these into effective propositions and campaigns
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, delivering high-quality work on time
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams
• A data-led approach, using measurement and test-and-learn methodologies to optimise performance
• Sound judgement, problem-solving capability, and strong attention to detail
• Experience in financial services or a regulated environment, along with exposure to working with media or creative agencies
