Job Description

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Experience in office management functions including premises and facilities oversight within large financial services organisations Commitment to maintaining high standards of PSAP processing controls Highly motivated with the flexibility to operate in a challenging and dynamic environment Ability to support workplace strategy and contribute to property-related project initiatives Proactive mindset with strong adaptability and openness to change Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to build rapport, influence and engage effectively with key stakeholders Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and governance in financial processes Ability to work collaboratively across functions to support operational and facilities needs Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to resolving issues Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
