- Must have 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba and Source-to-Pay domain
- Certification in SAP Ariba (Upstream/Downstream modules) is highly preferable but not mandatory
- Strong experience across multiple Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Ariba Network
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Ariba implementations across project lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
- Experience integrating Ariba with ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar) using middleware platforms (CPI, CIG, OIC, etc.)
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, controls, and compliance requirements
- Experience working within cross-functional, agile or continuous delivery teams
- Ability to work independently as an SME and drive solutions with minimal supervision
- A growth mindset and desire to continually learn and stay updated with latest SAP Ariba capabilities and industry standards
