Rehab Resources is seeking a passionate, energetic, and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in a B-3 and outpatient pediatric role, providing services in the home and community throughout the Eau Claire County.

Role of our pediatric PT

Provide B-3 and outpatient pediatric PT services in the home and community
-
Evaluate motor development, mobility, balance, coordination, and strength
-
Create individualized, play-based treatment plans
-
Support children in meeting developmental milestones

Collaborate with caregivers, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams

Participate in B-3 team meetings as appropriate

Educate families to promote carryover in daily routines

Maintain clear, timely documentation of goals and progress
