Batching Blending Lead

Reporting to the Department Manager, the Batching/Blending Lead is responsible to lead and coordinate activities of employees engaging in duties concerned with Batching programs. Ensure all employees comply with Safety, GMPs, and housekeeping. Communicate information to batching employees and acts as a liaison to Management. Ensures the continuous flow of quality and food safety of production lines and monitor department needs.
