Are you passionate about how money moves through modern SaaS businesses? We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help power the systems that drive revenue, customer experience, and growth. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of billing, payments, sales tax, and finance operations, working hands‑on with industry‑leading platforms like Zuora, Stripe, and Chargebee. You’ll partner closely and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to turn business needs into reliable, scalable systems.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location.

Our Compensation range for this role ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, and is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain subscription billing platforms such as Zuora, Stripe Billing, and Chargebee
- Configure and manage pricing plans, product catalogs, subscriptions, invoicing rules, credits, and cancellations
- Independently handle routine subscription lifecycle events and billing issues, escalating complex cases to senior teammates
- Support sales tax configuration and maintenance within billing systems
- Assist with tax engine integrations and updates (e.g., Avalara) under guidance from senior analysts
- Partner with Finance and Tax teams to support audits, compliance reviews, and tax‑related reporting
- Support integrations with payment gateways and processors (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Braintree)
- Investigate payment failures, retries, refunds, chargebacks, and reconciliation issues
- Help identify opportunities to improve payment success rates and billing accuracy
- Gather and document business requirements for billing, tax, and payment changes
- Create functional documentation, process flows, user stories, and test cases
- Execute and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate end‑to‑end invoice, tax, and payment accuracy
- Collaborate closely with a Senior Business Systems Analyst and cross‑functional partners including Finance, Revenue Operations, and Engineering
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Hands‑on experience supporting billing, payments, or financial systems (Zuora Preferred)
- Exposure to subscription billing models (recurring, usage‑based, tiered, or hybrid) and Saas or subscription-based business
- Experience supporting or troubleshooting payment gateways or processors
- Basic understanding of sales tax, VAT, or indirect tax concepts
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability
- Ability to document requirements, processes, and system behavior clearly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally
- Experience working in Agile or ticket‑based delivery environments
- Comfortable working both independently on defined tasks and collaboratively with senior team members
