Job Description
- Evaluates, negotiates, and manages assigned subcontracts to perform to each project`s specifications, quality, budget, schedule and earned value requirements to include the timely delivery of all deliverables required to fulfill the subcontract.
- Act as the primary point of contact between supply chain and the program office, fostering clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Authors, manages and influences critical path releases of Statements of Works (SOWs) and plans to align with required schedules and subcontractor lead times.
- Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution.
- Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company, as it pertains to the planned outsourced portion of the project(s).
- Work closely with the Procurement and Planning functional team to ensure orders are properly planned and POs are issued in accordance with program needs
- Work with other functional teams such as engineering, operations, and quality to assist with program success
- Establishes milestone objectives and manages performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
- The individual must have a strong background and understanding of procurement, planning, and project management
- Must be familiar with the F-16 ATS products
- Must be able to effectively collaborate across all functions to ensure program success
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Two plus year of experience with supply chain metrics, Able to understand what the metrics measures, their influences, and devising a plan to improve overall performance
- Experience with proposal development activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain and 3 plus year of Supply Chain experience
- PMP Certified
- Technical background/experience
- SIOP knowledge
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
