Problem Resolution and Prevent Recurrence Engineer

Ford Motor Company continues to increase its’ focus on robust problem-solving efforts to resolve product design failures. In support of this effort, the PD Quality Department is expanding its Problem Solving/Prevent Recurrence department. This department is responsible for leading engineering teams through the robust problem-solving methodologies resulting in data-driven understanding of (1) Problem root cause(s); (2) Interim Containment actions (ICA); (3) Permanent Containment Actions (PCA); and the development of corporate lessons learned and prevent recurrence actions (PRAs).
