Maintenance Technician

Job Overview The Hotel Maintenance Technician performs interior and external preventative maintenance and basic repairs in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. Responds to maintenance service calls. Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management. What you'll be doing

Maintenance and Repairs:

Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify issues. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on all of the above items and more.
