Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage active clients to ensure each client is training minimum 1x a week frequency
  • Manage inactive clients to reactivate session utilization and retain clients month over month
  • Perform Zoho CRM outreach to schedule complimentary sessions for the team
  • Conducts a minimum of 2 complimentary sessions per day (10hrs a week) with intent to convert and assign to a Personal Trainer on staff
  • 20 hours of admin time per week to manage the PT business
  • Conducts up to 10 paid sessions per week (10hrs a week)
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing Personal Trainers
  • Serve as a mentor for other trainers on staff
  • Lead Exercise Education Monthly Meeting
  • Lead Weekly Team Building Workouts

 

Qualifications:

  • Analysis and understanding of key business metrics that directly impact membership growth
  • Self-motivated/entrepreneurial spirit with an outgoing, diligent and affable disposition
  • Superior customer service skills; excellent and clear communication skills, both verbal and written; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Passion for fitness with a team-first mentality
  • Ability to work on nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • High-energy, passionate, articulate and personable
  • Leadership skills and team management experience
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and perspective through constant communication
