Job Description
The Director of Operations is responsible for providing operational leadership and oversight for Facilities, Nourishment, and Health & Wellbeing services across the community, including Assisted Living and Memory Care operations, in accordance with California Title 22 regulations and community standards.
This role works closely in partnership with the RCFE Administrator, Director of Facilities, and Director of Nourishment to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, resident safety, quality assurance, emergency preparedness, and high-quality service delivery throughout the community.
