Job Description
Lathrop Community, a retirement community grounded in Quaker values and a commitment to enhancing the experience of aging, has an opening for a per diem resident services associate to join the team that provides concierge services and engagement programming to the residents on our campuses in Northampton and Easthampton, MA. This position is $18-19/hour. You will support resident services in a variety of tasks, from being the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests, to setting up and sometimes facilitating various resident activities and programs. You will use your creativity, organizational skills, and customer service experience to work with a team of staff and residents on both our Easthampton and Northampton campuses.
