Track all projects and provide communication and guidance to senior management team
Determine and enlist resources required to support targeted changes in support of CI project including Engineering, WMS Developers, Operations, Safety, Security, Quality, Etc.
Analyze workflow including inbound, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping and VAS processes to ensure accuracy and ability to execute or identify opportunities for improvement
Ensures all distribution system functionality is configured to optimize performance (e.g., WMS, LMS)
Analyzes contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes and other data to develop optimum solutions for operation
Performs special research or technical studies critical to logistic support functions
Performs cost/benefit tradeoff analysis and develop ROI business cases for recommended projects involving process, system, or technology change
Develops logistics engineering strategies with the senior management team
Participation in Quality Planning sessions “DQP” with new clients validating requirements, processes and ensure successful deployment of project
