Recruitment Support

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks and offer administration
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and maintaining recruitment timelines

Candidate Experience & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, respectful, and timely communication
  • Support interview logistics and candidate follow-up
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive candidate experience aligned with corporate values

Outreach & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Support outreach initiatives to attract diverse talent, including engagement with post-secondary institutions and community partners
  • Assist with student and intern recruitment programs, including seasonal hiring campaigns
  • Participate in career fairs, information sessions, and employer branding initiatives

Recruitment Administration & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Support preparation of employment offers and onboarding documentation
  • Track recruitment activity and provide reporting support

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to enhancements of recruitment processes, tools, and templates
  • Stay informed of trends in talent attraction and early talent recruitment

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience, with demonstrated full-cycle recruitment experience and the ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment files.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant employment legislation including Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday is an asset
  • CHRP designation (completed or in progress)
  • As a condition of employment, you will be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters check.
