Job Description
- Multimedia Production: Conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality photos, short-form videos (like Instagram Reels/TikToks), and graphics for luxury or lifestyle hotel brands.
- Content Calendars: Planning, scheduling, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule across social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring all visual and written content aligns with the specific Accor brand charter.
- Engagement: Actively monitoring social media channels, responding to guest comments/messages, and managing the hotel’s online reputation.
- Influencer Partnerships: Collaborating with local content creators, food bloggers, and lifestyle influencers to increase brand visibility and generate user-generated content.
- Campaign Execution: Planning and optimizing paid advertising campaigns using platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic.
- F&B and Events Marketing: Promoting hotel restaurants, bars, and event spaces to convert online engagement into physical visits and table reservations.
- Search Optimization: Maintaining Google Business Profiles, managing local SEO, and ensuring hotel listings are up to date across lifestyle and dining directories.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversion data using web analytics and reporting tools.
- Strategy Adjustment: Providing regular insights to optimize digital strategies and maximize Return on Investment (ROI) on digital spending.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related major
- Minimum 4 years' experience in digital, eCommerce or related professional area; hospitality marketing or agency experience preferred
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Excellence interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through
