Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the quality of the food is consistently high and appropriate for the establishment in accordance with the trained specifications of the respective department
- Preparation of food in accordance with the instructions of the station and kitchen chef or sous chef
- Responsibility for absolute cleanliness at the workplace
- Provision of food at the specified times
- Supporting other stations - depending on the situation of your own workload
- Checking, storing and processing existing and delivered goods
- Results-oriented cooperation with the service departments, stewarding
- Ensuring occupational safety
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- We offer you training at the highest level. For this challenging apprenticeship, you must have:
- Be at least 17 years old at the start of the apprenticeship
- A passion for this exceptional profession, which requires a great deal of flexibility and commitment
- Completed department-related internships in the hotel or catering industry at the highest level
- Exceptional commitment, absolute team spirit and independence
- Very good German and English language skills
- Enjoy dealing with people and a well-groomed appearance
- Interest in international development within Kempinski after the apprenticeship
