We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, to be based in Visé Belgium reporting to the Sales & Marketing Digitization Manager.

The Digital Marketing Specialist leads and coordinates digital marketing activities across the Western Europe region. Acting as a key business partner for local marketing teams, the role provides expertise on digital tools, supports the effective use of the Group’s digital ecosystem, and helps improve marketing performance through data, best practices and continuous optimization.

What you’ll be doing:

The Digital Marketing Specialist works in close collaboration with local marketing teams across Western Europe and acts as the regional point of contact for digital marketing topics.

Main responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating digital marketing support for countries within the Western Europe region

• Advising and supporting local teams in the use of the digital ecosystem, including:

  • SEO strategy and performance monitoring with Semrush

  • website creation, updates and optimisation via Contentful

  • development of Adobe Analytics dashboards and performance analysis

  • lead management and marketing automation through HubSpot

• Analysing digital performance and providing recommendations to help countries improve results and user experience

• Supporting the implementation, adoption and optimisation of the Showpad sales enablement tool

• Ensuring best practice in the use of HubSpot across countries and supporting teams in improving lead management processes

• Preparing, analysing and communicating digital performance reports using Adobe Analytics

• Supporting the manager in day-to-day activities, cross-functional coordination and ongoing digital projects

• Occasional travel can be expected

What we’d love for you to have:

We are looking for someone who has :

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent

• Around 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an international or multi-country environment

• Solid experience in managing digital tools, campaigns and performance reporting

• Experience in advising stakeholders and supporting local teams on digital best practices

• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch, Italian or Spanish would be an asset
