Description
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am-3:30pm, some Holidays required
The Admissions Marketing Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting admissions and community relations efforts by coordinating educational events, organizing outreach activities, and providing administrative support to the Marketing and Admissions teams. This position helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations while promoting awareness of services that inspire hope and promote wellness across the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule community education events, speakers bureaus, exhibits, and outreach activities
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Community Relations and Admissions/Marketing team
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact for visitors and callers, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately
- Maintain reports, calendars, meeting agendas, minutes, and admission-related documentation
- Assist with hospital projects, conference preparation, and departmental coordination activities
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new Admissions staff
- Assist with transportation coordination for clients when needed
- Promote quality improvement initiatives and maintain organized office operations
- Respond to medical or behavioral emergencies in accordance with current certifications and organizational protocols
- Maintain regular and reliable on-site attendance at the assigned office location
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High School/GED required
- Associate’s degree in a human service field preferred
- At least two years experience in mental health required if associate’s degree (or higher) is not obtained
- Knowledge of basic psychiatric process and the ability to deal with people in an empathetic and concerned manner preferred
