District Manager of Human Resources
Job Summary:
The position is a Manager of Human Resources position for the district for 2026/2027 school year.
- Must have Bachelors degree or higher in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or Education
- At least 3 years experience working in the Human Resources Department of a School district preferred
- Experience maintaining HRIS Systems such as Systems 3000, Fronline Platforms and Teacher Evaluation systems
- Must have a solid understanding of teache licensure process
- Must be familiar with current employment laws such as tenure and certification
- Must have knowledge and experience working administering FMLA Leaves of absence
- Understands the importance of maintaing confidentiality
- Experience administering health benefits
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of the Provisional Teacher Process
- Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities in a highly transactional, fast-paced environment.
