Position: Kitchen Crew
Location: Vancouver, BC - 6491 Oak St V6M 2W7 
Job Type: Permanent Full-time and Permanent Part-time
Shifts: Days, Evenings, and Weekends
Hours Per Week: Up to 40
Language: English

Wages effective June 1, 2026
• New Hire: $18.50/hour
• Fully Trained: $18.75/hour
• Advanced: $19/hour
• Cross-Trained: $19.25/hour
• Shift Leader: $19.50/hour

Your Role
As a Kitchen Crew team member, you’ll help prepare the food guests love while keeping the kitchen running smoothly. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and learning valuable skills in a supportive environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking
• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods

Kitchen Operations
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team

Cleanliness & Safety
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience

Teamwork
• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
• Support a positive, respectful workplace
