This role partners closely with consultants, sector leaders, and global marketing teams to drive brand visibility, client engagement, and business growth. How you will create an impact: Execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, PR, social media, email, and events. Partner with consultants and business stakeholders to develop campaign messaging and thought leadership content. Coordinate media opportunities, PR activities, and campaign communications. Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn and email campaigns. Manage campaign timelines, reporting, budgets, and performance metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Digital, Design and Events teams. Ensure alignment with Simon-Kucher brand standards and marketing best practices. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, campaign management, or PR. Experience managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities. Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and KPI's. Experience within consulting, professional services, or corporate marketing environments preferred. Proficiency with CRM systems, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Office location is Atlanta. Total compensation for this role includes a base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary range for this position is between $95,000 to $110,000 per year for US roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.
