As a Casual Digital Service Representative with Service NSW, you’ll help deliver fast, friendly, and high‑quality service to customers across our local communit ies . T his is a casual position , which means hours will vary, and shifts are offered on an as‑needed basis , depending on operational requirements. This means there is no guarantee of ongoing or regular work . Casual roles may be short-term, involve varying shifts within centre operating hours, and include periods with no assigned shifts . A roster is generally issued 7 days in advance , though at times you may be offered shifts at shorter notice — so a flexible, adaptable mindset will be highly valued. Locations Macquarie Fields, Blacktown, Edmondson Par k, Glenmore Park, Liverpool, Macarthur, Mount Druitt, Penrith, Richmond , Springwood, St Marys , Tallawong , Wetherill Park Due to the travel requirements of this role, candidates must be able to travel independently to the listed locations for each scheduled shift. Flexibility is required to work on a rotating roster between the Service Centre’s operational hours which may include Saturdays. The Service NSW Award hours are 6:30am – 7:30pm (Monday to Friday ) and 7:30am - 3:30pm (Saturdays). In some situations, you may be required to work during these hours.
