Inclusive Education & Personalized Support Tutor

Do you enjoy helping others and have a talent for teaching? At Nachhilfeunterricht, a leading education platform in the DACH region, we are looking for responsible tutors to support students with special educational needs or those who require additional academic support, motivating them and adapting lessons to their individual pace.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver educational activities tailored to each student’s individual needs

• Provide personalized academic and personal progress support

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

• Identify students’ specific needs and propose appropriate educational strategies

Requirements:

• Background in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or related fields

• Previous experience supporting individuals with special educational needs or learning difficulties is a plus

• Ability to design and adapt educational materials according to individual needs

• Salary: €20–€40/hour
