We’re looking for an Operational and Business Support Assistant to provide day-to-day support in both administrative and business coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, thrives in multitasking environments, and is looking to grow into a role with increasing responsibility and client interaction.

The selected candidate will work closely with leadership and business teams, helping manage operations, client follow-up, CRM systems, and business communications. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in daily administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Relieve management of operational follow-ups and routine duties.
  • Handle transfers, order processing, and communication with clients in later stages of the sales process.
  • Coordinate the lead management process, including re-engagement with lost contacts.
  • Schedule and organize business meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Input and update data in CRM systems and work with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and send proposals using the company’s offer system.
  • Research and initiate contact with potential partners and subcontractors.
  • Support implementation projects, including first-contact phone calls.


What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable with client and subcontractor communication (phone and email).
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.
  • Experience using CRM systems (a plus).
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Availability for full-time work (8 hours per day, flexible start time between 8:00–17:00).
