Facilities Coordinator (Serbian)

Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Serbian speaking Facilities Coordinator for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

Your Role

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external property stakeholders, including landlords, property managers, and neighboring tenants
• Ensure adherence to building policies, lease agreements, and occupancy terms
• Oversee the general use of office space and report any issues related to damage, misuse, or required maintenance
• Coordinate service requests, cleaning schedules, repairs, and utility needs as they arise
• Promote internal communication campaigns related to property use, workspace etiquette, and facility guidelines
• Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and functional work environment
• Maintain comprehensive records related to leases, inspections, service history, and stakeholder communications

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Serbian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
• Previous experience in facilities management, property coordination, or office administration
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage relationships with external vendors and tenants
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
