Attended onsite during emergency major breakdown on facility equipment or facility services.
Ensure contractors conduct PM, repairing jobs, new facility setup according to annual service contract and PO.
Assist or support in public enforcement, emergency management, local authorities’ inspection, internal fire drill, fire protection systems test, and others related activities to facility systems or services
Operating, Managing, Maintaining and troubleshooting facility services on site. (CDA, Cooling system, fire protection system and others related equipment).
Capable operating, Managing and troubleshooting on LV electrical systems and DB panel.
Managing and Maintaining facility PM records.
Training and guiding low-level technician, on facility services (operating, Managing, troubleshooting as neassary).
Support to facility supervisors on breakdown maintenance, PM, and others facility service issue
