Position Overview

• Engage with Italian-speaking business clients to address queries and offer comprehensive solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the company and hotel partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new hotel partners, ensuring they understand and utilise the system effectively.
• Monitor and analyse feedback from hotel partners to implement improvements in service and operations.
• Assist the sales team in account management and coordinate with marketing for promotional activities.

Key Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Italian, with a strong command of English (C1 level or above).
• Prior experience in account management, customer service, or the hospitality industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering productive client and partner relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and management tasks.
• Problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for proactive service delivery.
