Full-Stack Developer (AI Team)

Why this role exists

We're looking for a curious and hands-on full-stack developer to join our AI Team. You will build and enhance applications, experiment with AI-powered features, and help shape how we bring AI into real-world products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop, maintain, and improve applications using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React
• Collaborate on AI-related initiatives — integrating, experimenting with, or supporting AI-driven tools and features
• Analyze and optimize application performance for reliability and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with the team
• Contribute to improving development workflows and best practices
• Document software designs and processes for future reference
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, stand-ups)
• Test and validate software to ensure quality and usability.

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React
• Solid understanding of software development principles and clean code practices
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Curiosity about AI technologies and eagerness to learn new tools and approaches.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP servers, or similar AI-integrated systems
• Familiarity with Next.js

Salary

4000–5000 €/mon. gross
Before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
