About the role
Are you organized and ready to lead behind the scenes? As Chief Steward, you guide our team and make sure every back-of-house area runs smoothly, cleanly, and safely.
What you will do
- Lead and schedule a team of 15 stewards.
- Oversee training, performance, and daily tasks.
- Manage inventory of china, glassware, and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure adherence to sanitation, hygiene, and chemical handling regulations.
Your profile
- Several years of stewarding experience in large hotels.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication and training abilities.
- Solid knowledge of sanitation and food safety.
