About the role
Are you an experienced barista with leadership skills? As Supervisor Barista, you lead the barista team, ensure the quality of every cup, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
What you will do
- Lead the daily operations of the coffee bar.
- Train and motivate baristas and ensure standards are followed.
- Introduce new coffee specialties and recipes.
- Manage inventory and place orders.
- Follow up on guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Report to the Bar Manager or F&B Manager.
Your profile
- 2–3 years of experience as a barista, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus.
