Responsibilities:
- Work on & promote key HR activities, coordinate DE&I initiatives
- Gather, audit and analysis data with useful HR metrics for HRBP
- Support in the implementation of employee surveys, provide analysis reports of survey results
- Support HRBP with large scale projects and own this on site
- Coordinate L&D for employees, analysis feedback, maintain updated information on learning calendar, vendor management, budget tracking
- Support on monthly/quarterly, annual HR meetings including cross function gatherings between HR and other teams
- Coordinate initiatives that enhance work relationships, culture and retention, e.g., staff recognition, team building events etc.
- Planning, organizing and following-up on short-term priorities
- Write, edit and propose HR communications for internal audiences including presentations, scripts, briefing documents etc.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Work remotely between Activision Da Ning & Blizzard Zhang Jiang offices
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR generalist role
- Strong English and Chinese writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills
- Good planning, organizing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner, proactive, agility to function in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, good team player with a result driven approach
- Good level knowledge of general HR practice & process
- Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity
Pluses:
- Knowledge of internet/gaming business
- Experience in a highly matrixed MNC company as a HR professional
- Good knowledge of employment law
