Location: 4 on-site days a week in Sunnyvale, CA Headquarters.

We’re looking for a senior leader to own the website as a key growth channel. This role is responsible for attracting the right audience, converting visitors into qualified leads, and delivering a high-quality user experience.

You’ll drive strategy and execution across conversion, engagement, and site performance, while ensuring the website supports demand generation and product-led growth efforts.

You will also own how website work gets prioritized and delivered, improving processes to ensure the highest-impact initiatives move quickly.

Ultimately success will entail increased conversion rates and lead volume from the website, higher engagement and improved user experience across key journeys, faster, more effective execution of website initiatives and a website that consistently supports pipeline creation and growth

Your Impact:

Conversion & Growth Performance

  • Own website performance across key metrics including conversion rates, lead volume, and engagement

  • Optimize core journeys such as demo requests, trials, and high-value content

  • Identify friction points and continuously improve the path from visitor to lead

Website Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and manage the website roadmap based on business impact

  • Prioritize initiatives that drive measurable growth and pipeline contribution

  • Align website strategy with campaigns, product launches, and PLG efforts

User Experience & Engagement

  • Improve site structure, navigation, and overall user experience

  • Ensure messaging is clear, differentiated, and aligned with target audiences

  • Increase engagement across key pages and user flows

CRO & Experimentation

  • Build and lead a structured testing program

  • Run A/B tests and personalization efforts to improve performance

  • Use data and user behavior insights to guide decisions

Website Program & Operations

  • Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of all website initiatives

  • Establish clear processes to improve speed, visibility, and cross-team alignment

  • Drive accountability to ensure projects are delivered on time and tied to outcomes

Traffic & Discoverability (in partnership)

  • Partner with SEO and content teams to ensure the site is structured to attract and support high-quality traffic

  • Maintain strong fundamentals that support search visibility and overall site performance

Your Toolkit:

  • 10+ years in web, digital, or growth roles

  • Proven track record improving website conversion and lead generation

  • Strong experience with CRO, UX, and performance optimization

  • Experience managing cross-functional web initiatives and workflows

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action

  • Working knowledge of SEO and how it supports growth
