Job Description

Position Summary

- Handling reservations and guests inquiry

- Welcoming and serving guests according to the given instructions and established service standards

- Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness, tidiness and adhere to work place safety practice

Requirements

- 1 year at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant

- Frontline customer service experience in airlines, retail, concierge is an added advantage Knowledge 

- Basic F&B product and service knowledge

- Advance customer service skills

- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken

- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time 

Primary Responsibility

- Assist the restaurant manager in handling the daily operations of the restaurant, assist in making reservations for guests and answering guests' inquiries
- Welcome and serve guests efficiently according to established standards
- Maintain the dining area and service equipment in good and clean condition
