You will own the end-to-end deal structuring and approval framework, ensuring all commercial agreements are financially sound, scalable, and aligned with company objectives. Acting as the primary decision-maker for revenue adjustments and deal economics, you will partner closely with Go-To-Market, Finance, and senior leadership teams. The role requires strong analytical depth, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. You will also shape deal philosophy, governance, and approval standards across standard and complex commercial arrangements. In addition, you will lead performance tracking, variance analysis, and financial forecasting for active deals while ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting.
