Job Description
We’re on the hunt for passionated Chef de Parties, to lead the way at our brand-new restaurant, part of our newest Dublin Capel Street addition, opening this summer 2026 (Startdate end of August)!
The concept
We’re expanding and we’re bringing The July to the heart of Dublin. On iconic Capel Street, our newest 105 apartment-hotel and restaurant is designed to become a welcoming place for travellers, neighbours and the community around us. Thoughtfully developed, sustainably built, and shaped by local design, The July Dublin will feel both distinctly Irish and unmistakably The July.
Our restaurant is intimate and full of character of 42 covers, 10 lively bar seats, and private dining spaces designed to create memorable guest experiences from morning through night. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, focusing on traditional comfort food with a modern twist: honest cooking, quality ingredients, and warm hospitality at the centre of everything we do.
The Job
As Chef de Partie, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll be responsible for managing your section, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, and supporting the Head Chef in creating consistently excellent dishes across all services.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running your section efficiently during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Supporting the wider kitchen team in maintaining a positive and organised environment
Contributing ideas and energy to a creative, growing kitchen
Working closely with the team to help shape the culture of a brand-new opening
