From Amsterdam to the world! Together with our shareholder Aware Super, we are implementing our strategy of international growth as owner-operator. Our teams have the ambitious goal to develop multiple new apartment-hotels across prime European cities like London, Dublin, Paris, Lisbon and Barcelona. Each location has the local stories and spirit interwoven throughout the apartment-hotel’s distinctive design.
We are looking for a fulltime detail-oriented Management Assistant with a proactive mindset and preferably a legal, hospitality or real estate background to join our team and provide high quality administrative, legal and operational support during this exciting phase of international expansion.
The job
You will provide direct support to our CEO, CFO, COO and General Counsel. In this role, you will play a central role in supporting the leadership team with administrative, legal, operational and strategic matters across multiple European
Projects.
Core responsibilities
Manage complex calendars for senior stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings and international travel, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
Organise meetings and take notes/action points when needed.
Plan and coordinate company events, off-sites, VIP guest engagements and internal leadership sessions.
Support invoice approvals, expense administration and budget tracking.
Support document preparation, presentations, reporting and internal communications.
Manage day-to-day office operations and help ensure a professional, well-organised and welcoming working environment.
Coordinate document execution processes, including signing procedures and digital signature workflows.
Provide hands-on operational, administrative and hospitality-related support and proactively assist the wider team wherever needed.
Follow up on action points and ensure smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders.
