You will join a global digital technology team responsible for configuring and optimizing Workday compensation systems that support complex, enterprise-wide HR and reward strategies. In this role, you will design, configure, and maintain Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global talent strategies. You will act as a key bridge between HR, Finance, and technical teams, translating compensation requirements into scalable and efficient system configurations. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, requiring strong analytical thinking and precision in handling sensitive compensation data. You will also contribute to system testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Workday configurations.
