Position Purpose:
The main purpose of this position is to continue parts, supplies and service of Ink Jet, Laser, TTO and LCM. And also managing customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute preventive maintenance jobs for all customers as stipulated in the service contracts.
Quick and timely response to onsite service requests of customers for VJ equipment.
Provide good and effective trouble shooting and repair of VJ equipment.
Provide good service and technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide basic user training and basic maintenance procedures to end-users.
Provide new equipment installation services.
Provide equipment sales support (e.g. equipment set up for demo).
Handle any customer service enquiries.
Continuously improving technical knowledge on VJ equipment.
VOC – ensuring local market demands are fed back into the SEA marketing team.
Perform other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
A technical qualification with a NTC/Diploma.
Work experience:
Must have 2-3 years of industrial equipment repair experience.
Ideally in an industrial/manufacturing equipment repair environment.
Experience in sales of service contracts and equipment supplies.
Dealt with customers at all levels, particularly in manufacturing environments.
Understands our customers, has repair into part of our customer base: Food, Beverage, Pharma, Household, Extrusion, Wire & Cable, Automotive etc.
Skills required:
Good time planning and organization.
Ability to cope with pressure.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Monitoring and strong follow-up with customers.
Special qualifications:
Preferred Bilingual Able (Korean / English).
Must have Driver license.
